She is an entrepreneur and seasoned business professional with over a decade of digital media, finance, and product/business development experience in global markets including Dubai, London, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC working with Fortune 500 companies, vc-backed startups, and government and non-profit organizations. Zuhairah is the Founder & CEO of Kahnoodle, a startup that aspires to be the biggest thing to happen to relationships since the advent of online dating. Through Kahnoodle Zuhairah develops mobile products that help busy couples win at love – challenging the assumption that all technology is bad for relationships.  Previously, she was the Director of Business Development and reported directly to the CEO and COO of Europe’s largest local search and user-generated review website with 17M UUs in 10 countries and 7 languages. She also was a Principal & Co-Founder of Be Media LLC, an interdisciplinary, digital media consulting practice that partnered with clients to identify, launch, and grow products and services at the intersection of social impact and market opportunity. Prior to that she served as the youngest Regional Vice President at a high-growth, entrepreneurial real estate private equity firm with $20B in AUM. Zuhairah is acutely aware that the success and opportunities she has been afforded are not accessible to all. Consequently, she developed an online financial empowerment platform for women called The Billion Dollar Girls Club, which aims to equip 1 million  low-income and minority young women and girls with the tools they need to increase their net worth and savings by $1,000 on average. Zuhairah graduated magna cum laude from UCLA and has a JD/MBA from Harvard. She has been singing and acting since the age of five and enjoys writing and recording original music in her free time. She is conversational in Spanish and has a soft spot for fine wine and all things chocolate.
