@Agatha Gikunda, Head of Solution Sales for Nokia East and Southern Africa is responsible for defining and managing the collaboration between Services and Software teams in Nokia and external stake holders including network operators, software developers, as well as facilitating the building of competitive joint consumer and corporate solution propositions. She manages the Solution Strategy for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Angola Zambia and Mozambique and travels extensively within the region.
Prior to assuming her current position, Agatha was Head of Messaging Service for Middle East and Africa and was responsible for defining positioning of Nokia Email Services and for building strong strategic partnerships with operators across Middle East and Africa.
Agatha joined Nokia in 2003, in Vancouver Canada, and later moved to Nokia South Africa in 2006, and finally Nokia East Africa late 2007. She holds an Engineering degree, as well as an MBA, specialising in the Management of Technology. She is married with three children.
